Rule 80
Inspector's orders must be obeyed
:
(1) In relation to the survey, production, transmission or distribution of electricity, the permit holder shall comply with the order given by the inspector subject to the Act and this regulation.
(2) Permit holders who are not satisfied with the order given by the inspector in accordance with sub-rule (1) may appeal to the secretary and the order given by him in this regard shall be final.
